It's a Perfect Netbook, just 1GB and fast fast...
Asus is the best PC for me! -- Very good!!!

I don't have experience with other netbooks but, this machine performs exactly as described by other 5 stars reviewers. After 4 weeks of operation, the EeePC delivers excellent performance as promised. -- Eee PC

Lightweight; doesn't get hot; battery life great! The 1005HA was a gift for my son. I own the 1000HA and the 1005 is so much better in those 3 catagories! His 1005 also has Windows 7... mine XP.... so maybe I'll have to buy myself a 1005!
